Our Shipping Costs – Netherlands

1. For orders under €250 (excluding VAT and shipping costs), a €9 shipping and handling fee will be charged.
2. Deliveries over €250 (excluding VAT and shipping costs) are delivered free of charge.

Shipping Outside the Netherlands

For international deliveries, shipping and handling fees vary depending on the destination country.
Note: Due to high parcel costs, additional shipping charges may apply for certain countries or locations.

Large Orders

Depending on the number of parcels and/or total weight, a recalculation of shipping costs may be applied.

How Can I Change My Default Delivery Address?

You can change your delivery address on your account page. Here, you can save multiple delivery addresses and select the correct one during checkout.

My Order is Incomplete – What Should I Do?

Your order may have been shipped in multiple parcels. Please wait a little longer or check the Track & Trace code(s).

My Shipment is Damaged – What Should I Do?

A damaged item is of course very frustrating! Please contact us immediately by email or phone, and we’ll get in touch with the delivery service.

Tip: Take photos of the damaged item and the packaging. This helps us process your complaint more effectively.
