  • Can I place a previous order again?

    Yes, it's very easy! Go to the 'Orders' tab on the left side of your account and open the order you want to place again. Then click on the blue 'reorder' button and select the items you want to reorder. These items will then be added to your cart, if they are still in stock. Open your cart, check if you have everything, and place your order!

    Are the prices inclusive or exclusive of VAT?

    All displayed prices are excluding VAT. When you enter your VAT number in your account, the amounts in the cart will also remain excluding VAT. If you do not have a VAT number, the VAT costs will automatically be added to the amount to be paid when you check out your order.

    Are you unsure about a color?

    Of course, that can happen! Feel free to call us or send a message. We will do our best to send you a photo of the color as soon as possible, which might help you decide. We can also provide you with advice if needed.

    I need advice. How can I get it?

    You can reach us in several ways. The easiest way is to visit us in the showroom. We can sit down with you and look for the right combinations that suit you. We are also happy to provide the same advice via email, video call, or phone based on your preferences.

    Are the colors exactly as in the webshop?

    We try to photograph all products as realistically as possible. We do this with great care, but the colors are approximate. This means that the actual color may differ slightly from the photos.
